Multi-Step Artificial Turf Cleaning

At Shine Turf, we developed a multi-step cleaning and pet odor elimination process that will give outstanding results that make your turf look new and smell fresh. Unlike most of our competitors, we use electric-powered tools to reduce emissions and noise, along with top-of-the-line products for complete odor elimination.

Turf Fluff & Decompacting

To ensure proper drainage and prevent unpleasant odors and pet urine stains, it’s important to effectively clear hair and other debris from the turf. We utilize an electric power broom with rotating bristles to collect the debris in an attached bag, preventing it from being blown all over your yard.

Weed Removal & Tuck Edges

We check the lawn for any weeds growing through the turf, especially along the edges. Removing the weeds is important to prevent them from spreading. Additionally, we will check for any loose turf edges that may have missing or protruding nails and fix them as needed.

Pet Waste Removal

Over time, your artificial turf will become dull and lose its beautiful luster due to the accumulation of hard water stains, calcium, and dust. Many turf cleaning companies overlook this step, but we believe it’s essential to scrub off all the build-up to restore the turf to its original appearance.

Process

In the initial step of our odor elimination process, we utilize our unique infill injection to apply our odor elimination spray directly into the infill. By treating the root cause of the issue, we are able to effectively eliminate all odors in one go and discourage them from returning.

Unlike most turf cleaners that use enzymes requiring mixing, we use a ready-to-use solution that effectively eliminates viruses and bacteria including influenza A (H1N1), Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli, Salmonella enterica, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
